It's fair-fantastic; this week, I've picked out the best of British ceramics as showcased at 100% Design (read the piece online at the Guardian here) and I've also spent the past fortnight going through and selecting ten of the best "affordable" pieces available at this year's Origin, which will also appear on the Guardian site next week too (clearly biting the bullet worked).
But my two absolute Origin favourites, I'm sharing with you now: these gorgeous hot water bottles by Rowena Pinto (above) - check out her website for some truly lovely knitted goods - and these Mouse and Bean cushions which are so subtle and inexplicably sweet - to me they look like someone's been ever so neatly doodling and occasionally going out the lines. Enjoy, and have a good weekend! xx

Really enjoyed your guardian piece, i love ceramics.
I tagged you today on my blog, hope thats okay. Have a great weekend XX
What lovely hot water bottle covers. I'm nearly inclined to get knitting. Stripes, shorter than a scarf, perfect diy present points; how could I go wrong?
