I’m reviewing Hello Fresh for a cookery magazine this week. Hello Fresh is a home-cookery-food service, which sends you ingredients and recipes to make a set number of meals a week – sort of like a vegetable box, only with everything tailored to fit the recipes they provide. I’m saving the review for the magazine, but I couldn’t resist posting up a few photos of last night’s dish – roasted aubergine with sweet romano peppers, couscous and lentils.
On the vegetarian plan that I’m reviewing, you get sent three recipe cards, so I have two more meals to make using Hello Fresh ingredients. So far, so very good.
