Just another one I’ve made for my mum, using the Borderlines design by Chez Sucre Chez. I already made this in a soft blue and ecru for myself; this is a gift I’ve been working on for my mum, making it slightly more complicated by having finer Aida cloth and doing each border in a different colour. I think/hope she’ll like it.
I’m going to try this Chez Sucre Chez design next – it’s one of my favourite colour schemes.

Wow beautiful! I love cross stitching, it’s so calming. The Chez Sucre Chez one is lovely too. Thanks for adding me to your linkroll by the way

This is beautiful… you know I’ve never actually done cross-stitching (well apparently I did it as a little ‘un but I don’t remember it!) Must give it a go one day!
thanks Zoe, it’s incredibly relaxing – you should def give it a go. the more complicated patterns require a little patience and good hand-eye co-ordination but you could always pick easy patterns to begin with!
